Industrial Placement Program (1 year)

Our Industrial Placement Program enables you to gain commercial working experience whilst giving you an insight into the practical elements of your chosen course. In order to be eligible to apply for the program, students should be studying a degree in a PR, Marketing, Finance, Logistics or Business related subject, with an expected 2:1 degree classification.

Throughout the one year placement prepare to be challenged, encouraged and rewarded by truly contributing making an impact on our business.

Graduate Placement Program (2 years)

The Graduate Placement Program with that in mind we are pleased to offer a select few the opportunity to join our graduate training scheme. We don't offer a traditional scheme but do offer the opportunity for graduates to start in real jobs and make a contribution from day one.

After an initial grounding in a key area of the business, we would expect graduates to work with a variety of teams in order to broaden their experience and develop their skills. For example, the role could be working as an analyst in our marketing department or with our vehicle production team in distribution. Wherever the graduate is placed we will be looking for them to create value in everything they do.

In return, we offer individual personal development plans that facilitate a broad and varied experience, ideal for talented graduates with the passion and drive to succeed.
At the end of the training scheme, graduate recruits are supported in finding an established position in the organisation.

The minimum requirements for graduates would be 300+ UCAS points, 2:1 in a business related degree, ideally with evidence of a one year work placement. In return a competitive salary and benefits package is available.
