Graduate Placement Program

Location: Maple Cross Hertfordshire (plus potential short term UK Regional Placement)

Salary: £23,500 plus opportunity to join Nissan's Car lease scheme

Duration: 2 years

We offer graduates the opportunity to gain invaluable work experience in up to 4 different business areas during a two year intensive rotational graduate program.

Expect to be stretched. You will undertake real roles and have accountability from day one. In addition to daily activities Nissan graduates also work on business change projects chosen by the board and will be expected to have an impact strategically as well as operationally.

Nissan GB utilise individual personal development plans to ensure graduates develop a solid foundation of experience on which to build their careers, ideal for talented graduates with the passion and drive to succeed. We work with our graduate recruits at the end of the two year scheme to support them to find an established position in the organisation.

Entrant Requirements:

  • 300+ UCAS points
  • Studying a degree, ideally in business or a business related subject such as PR, Marketing, Finance or Logistics with an expected 2:1 degree classification. Other disciplines will be considered.
  • Evidence of work experience ideally a one year work placement.

Industrial Placement Program

Salary: £16,500 per Annum plus opportunity to join Nissan's Car lease scheme

Duration: 12 months

Nissan GB offers a one year placement with a competitive salary. The industrial placement roles offer work experience with real operational objectives and accountability. This is an ideal environment to put your theoretical learning into practice.

Nissan offers up to 8 Industrial Placement opportunities each year, competition for places is tough as the scheme offers successful applicants the opportunity to gain invaluable work experience within their chosen field of study. We offer opportunities across the business from marketing to logistics. This year we plan to offer placement opportunities in:

  • Marketing
  • Public Relations
  • Marketing Communications
  • After Sales
  • Logistics
  • Sales Operations
